RESERVATION AND PAYMENTS
You may book a reservation for the hotel online or by phone. Day use for the hot springs do not require a reservation (with the exception of our private pool, the Lorelei requiring a reservation) and are on a first come, first serve basis.
We will only be accepting payment via credit card for your first nights deposit, unless you walk in and book, then we will accept cash.
All receipts will be E-mailed to their corresponding E-mail address.
CHECK IN PROCEDURES
A copy of your I.D. or drivers license will be required to check in. The I.D. or drivers license must match the name on the reservation.
Contactless check in and check out will be available, please inquire with the front desk upon booking.
CLEANING PROCEDURES
There will be housekeeping service provided during your stay.
For extended stays, you will need to call the front desk to arrange trash pick up, and for new linens or towels.
All frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected between each guests use.
Towels will be provided in your room for pool use.
We ask that you bring used towels back to your room to be collected after check out. Unreturned keys will be subject to additional charges.
AVAILABLE SERVICES
The vapor caves, our outdoor springs, and spa are all available. You may call the front desk to reserve a time in our private pool, the Lorelei, and to schedule a massage.
If you are interested in visiting as a Day Guest, we will allow day guests everyday of the week from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm based upon availability. No groups larger than 6 please. We advise calling to check on the current capacity at the time you plan to arrive.
