To preserve a calm and unhurried atmosphere, entry is limited to 15 guests at any given time, with a live count maintained throughout the day to ensure the space never becomes overcrowded.

Guests staying at the hotel enjoy unlimited access to the outdoor pool and Vapor Cave as part of their stay. The private Lorelei Hot Spring is not included in standard access and is available by separate reservation and additional fee
