Room Occupancy
Q: How many guests are allowed per room?
A: All rooms are based on double occupancy. Rooms that allow additional guests will incur a $75 fee per extra guest.
Check-In & Check-Out
Q: What are your check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Q: Is early check-in available?
A: Yes, early check-in between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM is available for a $35 fee.
Q: Can I request a late check-out?
A: A late check-out fee of $35 will be charged for departures between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM MT. If you check out after 12:00 PM MT, you will incur a charge for an additional night.
Cancellation Policy
Q: What is your cancellation policy for refundable reservations?
A: Refundable reservations may be canceled or modified without penalty up to 72 hours before the 3:00 PM check-in time. Changes made after this window are nonrefundable.
Q: How do I submit a cancellation request?
A: All cancellations must be submitted via email at innkeeper@cornellbb.com at least 72 hours before arrival. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
Q: What if I booked a non-refundable rate?
A: Non-refundable reservations are fully non-refundable from the time of booking. No changes or cancellations will result in a refund.
No-Show Policy
Q: What happens if I don’t show up for my reservation?
A: No-shows will be charged for the full length of the stay, including all reserved nights.
